How we handle confidential information
Our founder has spent ten years auditing information security and privacy. That shapes how every engagement starts.
- Before any work begins, we agree in writing what may and may not go into an AI tool.
- We work in your organization’s own accounts and tools, under its own agreements, whenever we can. In demonstrations and exercises, we use public or fictional documents.
- We check each tool’s data terms before your team uses it: where files go, whether they train models, who can see them, and how long they are kept.
- We sign a confidentiality agreement before we see anything that is not public.
Questions we hear often
- Do you work remotely or in person?
- Both. Most sessions work well online. For in-person training, tell us where your team is and we will propose dates.
- Which AI tools do you work with?
- We are not tied to any vendor. We work with what your organization already has, such as Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, ChatGPT or Claude, and help you choose when you have nothing yet.
- Do we need technical staff?
- No. Training is designed for people who don’t code. For implementation, we only need someone who can give us access to the right accounts.
- Will our client data be used to train AI models?
- Not if the tools are set up correctly, and checking that is part of our work. Some consumer plans may use conversations to improve their models unless a setting is changed; business plans and the right settings usually prevent it. We verify the terms of each tool you use.
- How do proposals and pricing work?
- Tell us about your team and what you would like to achieve. We reply with a short written proposal: scope, format, dates and a fixed price. There is no charge for the first conversation.
- Which languages do you work in?
- Spanish and English.
